Note: you need to installed the ActiveX control this are the instractions:

Open your internet explorer
Click on the Tools menu’, top left
Click on the internet options tab
New window opens
Click on the Security tab top second from left
Click on the Custom level… box
Scroll down to “Download unsigned ActiveX controls”
Put the green dot in the circle next to “Prompt”
Scroll down more to “Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins”
Make shore that the green dot is in the circle next to “Enable”
Click on the OK box at the bottom right
Click on the “Apply” box and the “OK” box
Go to this link http://211.27.193.134:1024/
Click on “Login”
Insert in User name: webcam
Insert in Password: 1234
Click “OK”
Top right you will see numbers click on 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 10, 12 or 15,
This are the cam’s you will be able to see
